I would also like to note that McBuildShop.com is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft in any way.
By using this website and purchasing “builds” you agree to follow the rules and guidelines described below.
Terms of Service.
- By purchasing the “build” you receive a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the “build” on your private or multiplayer Minecraft game server.
- You are NOT allowed to use my work in any NFT (Non-fungible token) related projects!
- You agree to not re-distribute the file or any part of the “build”. Including but not limited to selling the file and “build” or any part of it, uploading it to any sharing/file sharing sites, claiming it as your creation.
- MrAniman2 retains ownership of the “build”, including the copyright and all other intellectual property rights.
- If the “build is used on Minecraft online multiplayer server I would appreciate if you would abide Mojang EULA (their terms of service) as well. We owe them a lot for creating this beautiful game we all love so much.
Refunds.
Due to the nature of digital files/schematics (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” the product therefore I cannot offer refund or exchange to another product after purchase is made. If you have damaged or deleted the file you are allowed to use download link (sent in email) up to 5 times. If you have lost access to product download email you are always welcome to contact me and I can resend you the file personally.
Attention! Before you purchase anything please make sure you have seen video/3D preview of the “build” and/or all available screenshots and you are sure that this build will satisfy your needs.
